A Great ATV
By Robert (I am an Owner) on Jul 07, 2023I bought my 2012 Brute Force 300 brand new in January 2012. The ATV currently has 8500+ miles on it. I am only on my second set of tires. This machine is comfortable and will perform as well as any larger ATV. This ATV still starts right up the same as it did the first time I started it. I live in ... the desert and riding conditions are often extreme, but this ATV keeps going.
I would recommend this ATV to anyone in the market for a two wheel drive ATV.

Very Nice Quad
By Jennifer P. (I am an Owner) on Aug 02, 2015The 300 is a very nice riding machine, very comfortable, smooth, light weight so it's easy to whip around. Gets through all the tight turns and trees while all those big quads struggle. It's fast, goes through the mud as long as it's not to thick and deep. Goes good up long hills that are a little ... steep but has trouble up the very steepest of hills but it is only a 300. It climbs rocks with ease, has good clearance. It's well built and has a strong frame. The rear factory tires are not that great so we replaced with some good diggers. Overall a very good quad.

When Something Puts A Smile on Your Face, Buy It
By Zachary (I am an Owner) on Mar 25, 2013I have had my brute for 3 months now and it has 120 miles on it. Still waiting to do the break in service (scheduled for 100mi). But for those 120 miles it has been the best atv ever. From the moment I first started it the machine has always put a smile on my face even if I drove it for less than ... 60 seconds. It is that good. We also have a Bayou 250 which has been a great machine for us and still is. In every way the little 300 is perfect. Well actually it is not that little! I might look like it in the pictures but parked next to the Bayou is is looking over it like the bayou is a small little 90cc quad. If you are looking for an entry level machine under $5,000 look no further. Reliability has been great! And I am expecting for this machine to last forever. Just the only thing is with the little display. It is such a plus that you do not find in entry level ATV's but when it is very cold out very rarely the speedo will say I am 200mph when all sense I am doing 10mph. But it very rarely does that and when it does it lasts less than 5 seconds. No biggy. Also with build quality it is amazing. I look all over the machine and I can't find one plastic fastener. They are all bolts and washers. Very impressed. Finally when you are at a cruising speed it is very quiet but when you want to hear some engine noise its got a great engine and exhaust note.
Pros:
1. Size of machine
2. Ease of use
3. Reliability
4. Fuel Range
5. Display
6. Build quality
7. Head Lights
8. Tail Lights
9. Tires
10. Look of Machine
11. Comfortable
12. Engine
13. If I had to list all the pro's I would be here for a while. Heres just a couple.
Cons:
1. None besides the little screen issue.
