Great machine!
By Gary (I am an Owner) on Oct 16, 2012I recently purchased my 2012 Kawasaki after several months of test driving and studying other machines. At first I was all about the Polaris Razor. After going out on two different Polaris machines and finding out that they do not hold back when going down hill, I kept looking. I don't mean they ... just don't hold back, but they also kick out of 4 wheel drive on the front end. I ride in very steep and rugid areas in NW Arkansas, and having a machine that does not free wheel when going down hill in very important. The speed of the Kawasaki is not as fast as the Polaris, but plenty fast for me. My Kawasaki will run 51 mph, and I rarely get it to that speed. The seats to me are more comfortable in the Kawasaki as well. The Kawasaki also has a built in foot placement area in the front floor boards as well. My girlfriend is 5-7, and her feet could not touch the floor in the Razor. In the Kawasaki, she had no problem, due to built in areas in the floor. We also have "the hill", which is a very steep flint rock area that everyone has to try their jeeps, trucks, 4-wheelers, and anything else on. My friend spun out on his Razor in 4 wheel drive and was not able to make the hill. I took my Kawasaki up the hill with no problems except minor spinning after jumping over the 4 ruts he had dug in the hill. So far I have been very impressed, and hope to continue to be.
