Stinger Rolls Out 70+ HEXCORE Kits, Debuts COLOR at SEMA
Stinger is bringing its HEXCORE off-road lighting lineup to the 2026 SEMA Show. The event runs Nov. 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the company will have more than 70 vehicle-specific kits on hand, plus the debut of a new customizable-color line, HEXCORE COLOR.
For anyone who's wrestled a universal light bar onto a rig with zip ties and crossed fingers, the appeal here is the direct-fit approach. HEXCORE kits ship with harnesses and mounting brackets engineered for the specific vehicle. The company says that means a clean, factory-style result, with no drilling or cutting required.
What Fits
The 70-plus kits cover a broad range of trucks and off-roaders: Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Ford Bronco and F-Series, RAM trucks, Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, and Polaris RZR Pro applications. Options range from hero bars and pod lights to chase lights, plus straight and curved light bars. There's room to build out a setup depending on how you run.
Built for the Rough Stuff
HEXCORE products carry IP67-rated protection against dust and water. You also get high-boost reflector optics, plus built-in thermal protection that works automatically and solid-state relay switching. Paired with the application-specific harnesses and hardware, that's a package aimed squarely at demanding off-road conditions rather than mall-crawling.
HEXCORE COLOR
HEXCORE COLOR is the big debut, and according to Stinger it adds customizable color and tighter integration for both trucks and UTVs. If you've ever wanted your lighting to match the rig instead of settling for whatever white the bar came with, that's the pitch here — a way to dial in the look you want.
"HEXCORE was developed to make high-performance off-road lighting easier to integrate into a vehicle, with application-specific components and a clean, finished installation," said Don Zaney, who heads product development for the HEXCORE lighting brand as vice president. "With HEXCORE COLOR, we're building on that foundation to give enthusiasts new ways to personalize their lighting."
A modified Custom Jeep Gladiator will serve as the demo build. It gives attendees an early look at HEXCORE COLOR, along with a prototype HORIZON12 multi-function display that's been built to fit 2024–2027 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) models.
HEXCORE will be on display at the Stinger Booth 10673 in the North Hall and the UTV Stereo Booth 55257 in the West Hall, covering both automotive and powersports applications.
