great for the money
By david slingerland (I am an Owner) on Jul 13, 2011bought as a left-over in 2010 for 6300.00. runs strong and pulls hard. i think the stock tires hook up good and ride smooth. i can go anywhere my buddy goes on his 660 grizzly unless i high center. he is running 27 inch mud lights though. went 48 miles on half a tank of fuel. only thing i notice ... is it could use stiffer rear shocks but we do ride two up alot. went riding in about 6 inches of snow and only used 4wd once and that was when i pulled out my buddy on his 400 kodiac. my next purchase will be a 750 king quad. my dad has one it it runs GREAT. when you nail the throttle it will either pull the front tires up and go or throw mud and gravel as long as you want to keep in the gas.

Good Four wheeler
By Laird Waller (I am an Owner) on Sep 07, 2010I have this four wheeler and I have a lot of fun on it. it tops out at 60 MPH but has fast acceleration. I have been trail riding in Wyoming and South Dakota by Keystone and I get around with ease. My shocks are set lower for going over rocks and logs.

Awesome 450
By Tony (I am an Owner) on Apr 22, 2010I researched, road, and looked for an ATV in this class. For the price and all the functions this machine has, it is the best hands down. It tops out at 60 mph, but it gets there quick and must have a governor on it. I have driven through a lot of the mountains in Montana between Bozeman and ... Helena and nothing makes it run down, and that is with my wife with me. I purchased it in Bozeman from Summit Motor Sports and they did not mess around with the price. I am one very happy Montanan and probably will be buying another one soon.

no problems
By Peter Kuhlmann (I am an Owner) on Oct 05, 2009Very best bang for your buck.
Suzuki builds a good quality product with thier cars, trucks, bikes and thier quads are just as good.
My 450 has EFI, 4 wh ind susp, auto shift, low range, and the option to lock in the front diff for hard core situations. ...
The gas tank is under the seat for a low center of gravity and good stability.
My buddy has a Polaris 500 H.O and wieghs 170 lb. I wiegh 230 lb. One of the first things we did was a flat out race on a good road, uphill. His 500 HO was neck and neck with me. Which tells me this 450 is more powerfull than his 500 HO. To be fair his machine is 2005 without EFI.
The stock tires (as with most brands of quads) should be left at the dealer and upgraded before you leave the showroom. The upgrade to 29" STI's was only $250 installed.
I did my research and this quad is a winner in preformance, price. The dealer in Kelowna (Innovative Motorsports) cut me a great deal.
Still too new to rate on reliability. On board storage is very limited.
Overall, I'm very, very pleased so far.
