Arctic Cat 700 H1 EFI 4x4
By Mark (I am an Enthusiast) on Sep 29, 2010I got a killer deal on this wheeler. Used with only 169 miles on it for a whopping $5,000. With that said, wow. The bottom end power is endless and it can pull well over its rating. Now that bad news..... for some reason this stupid wheeler likes to push it's front end when turning. I've experimented ... with turns at slow and higher speeds. For some reason the front wheels do not want to grab and turn. You can turn most wheelers sharp at a stop and almost whip the rear end around with the punch of throttle but not this one. It will just lurch forward. Overall... great wheeler for the $5k tag I found....haha.

2009 Arctic Cat700 H1 EFI LE 4x4 Review
By Ian Pritchard (I am an Owner) on Nov 25, 2009Bought this in July this summer. About 10 hrs in I had issues with the front drive actuator shifting in and out of 4x4, diff lock on its own. I was lucky that this happenned while going very slowly. I undid the wiring harness to the actuator to resolve this and to get home in a timely fashion. As ... I got home, I heard a clunking from the rear end. Took it to the dealer Monday, had it RTG for Fri having changed the actuator and both rear half shafts(I had read that there have been some put together without grease, or minimak, in the CV joints resulting in premature wear. 40 Hrs later (700km)this has been an awsome bike-smooth and powerful getting 110 kph(70mph). 4x4 thru swamps, sand and rock has been excellent. Hit a long patch of cobble (4-6") on a washed logging road a bit fast, expecting crazy bouncing, but thankfully this machine ate this up like nothing under complete control. Put a set of 27" ITP mudlites on and this bike has gone everywhere. I look forward to the snow. Added front&rear bumpers, pull start, and a windsheild kit to round out this machine. Only 1 small issue to get fixed is a leaking front axle seal. All in all a well rounded bike. Getting about 180 km(120 mi) to a tank of gas (24L) but never ran it dry to check 100%. Watch for good pricing and this will be the bike to own. Thanks Cat.
Presently own 2 Polaris snomo, Bomb 400XT Quad, sold Polaris 325 Quad.
