Bemidji Sports Centre

I bought a new Polaris 570 from Bemidji Sports Centre and it was a complete lemon. It had parts falling off, back firing, wrong battery in it, faulty wiring, would not idle and stalling issues. I brought it back to these guy's three times to have it fixed and the ATV still did not run right. I brought ... it to a different Polaris dealer and they could not believe the wiring that they did on the four wheeler on how sloppy it was and they didn't even put the right battery in. I brought it up to the owner about all the problems and parts falling off the machine and he was not helpful at all and rude. Ohh by the way this all happened with 45 miles on the wheeler with only going half throttling down the gravel road during the break in period.

UPON FURTHER REVIEW OF THE CUSTOMER THAT COULD NOT GET SERVICE ON HIS GOLDWING: BEMIDJI SPORTS CENTRE DOES NOT SERVICE BIKES 20 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER DUE TO THE FACT THAT MANY O.E.M PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN MODELS. THERE ARE MANY SHOPS THAT WILL WORK ON UNITS OF THIS TYPE AND AGE. ... THESE SHOPS CAN INSTALL AFTERMARKET PARTS IN A MOTORCYCLE TO GET THEM ON THE ROAD. DUE TO WARRANTY ON SOME PRODUCTS, WE INSTALL MOSTLY O.E.M PARTS FOR MOTORCYCLES. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND WOULD HOPE MOST WOULD UNDERSTAND OUR POSITION ON THIS TOPIC. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I have been a customer at this business for over 35 years. I have purchased two gold wings for ATVs 3 snowmobiles and several other things. My Goldwing broke down this weekend at a restaurant in Bemidji. I talked to the service manager at the Honda Yamaha Sports Center to have him pick up my motorcycle ... and see what was wrong with it. He informs me that it was over 20 years old and they did not work on motorcycles or any other products over 20 years old.I found a friend with a trailer and hold my motorcycle home. Upon examination I discovered that it needed a new battery. I replace the battery and all is well. However because of this terrible service or lack of it I will never do business with this establishment again. I will also continue to tell my friends about the terrible experience that I had with this company after supporting it for so many years. I hope that you can find a better place to spend your money than at this poor bemidji
