raptor 350
By kyle braden (I am an Owner) on Oct 19, 2018Got an 05 raptor 350 a week ago, fresh rebuild. I put on pro taper bars, rethal grips, new 12 front and 40 rear sprockets and maxxis razr xc tires all around, about $1000 into it. Took it on its first ride, got screwed on my deal and the crank shaft sprocket pin came off for the timing, sprocket ... broke, pin shattered, and piston slammed valve due to loss of timing. Now i have to drop another $2000-$3000 for yet another rebuild. Great quad, ran great in the beginning. Small oil leak due to incorrect washer placement on head, but ran like a charm, especially when 6th gear pulls. My one advice, don't buy from a at home garage quad builder, you don't know who you can trust...

By aaron (I am an Owner) on Feb 18, 2014i own a raptor 350 and i am very happy with every thing on it have full yoshimura pipe and that give more horse power still worth 500$ moose heal+nerf bars very sturdy and strong they dont bend no matter what. i have wheal spacers not the happest for widening if your in a money limit there ok but ... but not perfict i have already broke one ty rod because so much grip spend the money and get arms. k&n air filter and a hole new intake system seemed to give alot more power and louder, a vapor trial teck i use for streets helps a lot and it expensive very nice quad worth $3,500

Awesome trail bike
By kurbycar32 (I am an Owner) on Oct 17, 2013If you ride trails, occasionally hit the track and aren't over say 200 pounds this bike is perfect. Not a great candidate for sand or big people. On a trail this bike is every bit as capable of anything else and I never feel limited by it, I am an experienced adult rider.

Yamaha raptor 350
By Eric (I am an Owner) on Feb 23, 2012THis is a great all around quad nice low end and lots of torque the only problems i have with this atv is that it have very stiff suspension which you can change with minimal adjustment but it still ends up kind of hard. So this is a very nice good atv will stick with others in its class and it great ... value for the money.

Perfect Transition
By Sebastian Martinez (I am an Owner) on Aug 03, 2011This bike was the perfect transition from Child to Adult ATV's.
This ATV is air cooled so you wont have to worry about a stick getting your radiator. It also has to be be about one of the most reliable bikes.
The only problem with this bike is the there is not much torque ... at all, but there's an easy fix just a twenty dollar sprocket will add much more torque.

Pretty good ATV!
By Jeremy Holder (I am an Owner) on Jun 12, 2010I was 16 when i got my first sport quad. I bought an 05 raptor 350, and i absolutely loved it. It is a great begginers atv. It has plenty of power to start with, and the suspension worke great for me. I used it mostly on trails and out in fields in South Dakota. It is a very good trail machine. ... I have also used mine 350 on a motocross track. I would not recommend this one if your going to be doing a lot of racing and motocross. The suspension does not have enough travel and is not stiff enough for me, i weigh 145 LBS, and i bottomed out over even some of the smaller jumps. The air cooled engine does ok on trails, but does not perform very well on the track. It seems to get warm and lacks enough power. I recently have been riding it on pavement and it is great for the street. It handles well and does good. So overall a great trail/street/field quad, but if your planning on racing i would think about getting a different quad like a 450.
