Poor quality and impossible accessories and parts
By Bill Smith (I am an Owner) on Jul 17, 2017This UTV isn't worth purchasing. You will not find accessories due to being rare and the rims are a goofy bolt pattern that NOBODY has in aftermarket. The unit is prone to CV joint and clutch issues -known to Mechron - but not supported in warranty or recall. Dealers don't stock parts and god forbid ... you need something that is not stocked (two/three weeks is not unusual). Our well cared for unit gets used(not abused) but always has some mechanical issue. Just not a quality machine and poorly supported. Our experience is so bad I am forced to give the lowest rating in all 4 categories. STAY AWAY at any price.

Not impressed
By 1337422064 () on Dec 08, 2016I bought a new mechron 2200 in September 2012. Seal in rear end went out 3 times before they put new rear end in all under warranty so just inconvenience of being without it for a few days. Problems with ignition also under warranty. Then the warranty was up and the front CV's went at about 400 hrs ... then clutch needed rebuilt at 500 hrs. Parts are very expensive and notany around. Sometimes takes weeks to get parts. Now at 700 hrs and 3 years after new rear end seals are leaking again. Very disappointed. I take good care of it and just lets me down. Trading it on a gator.

can't find accessories
By merle jeffries (I am an Owner) on Jul 29, 2013I love my mechron, but it's a real headache trying to find anything for it on the net.
the kioti adds you do find don't offer accessories for it.I don't want to drive 50miles to a dealer and pay top price fpr accessories.other utv's you can buy almost anything from wheels to tops, but not the ... mechron.I would not buy another one or recommend it to anyone for this reason.
look at the list on the left side of this page,do you see kioti on it?

A work horse not a toy
By Pete Marsh (I am an Owner) on Mar 19, 2013I am very impressed with this UTV. I use for snow clearance mainly a job it completes with ease even with a dump box full of sand. I had a Ranger XP before which was just not robust enough. I have the hydraulic dump box well worth the extra cost in the Summer hauling hay, logs and earth.

Decent UTV
By Andrew Koester (I am an Owner) on Nov 20, 2012Bought this for my wife. required for farm duties as well as our snow plow.
This UTV performs very well. Although not its primary use went 4 wheeling with a couple of ATVs. Kept up well, other than giving a wider berth around corners, would not get stuck and we did it with 3 people on the machine.
Strong ... engine, some say engine is noisey, I say comfort noise knowing it is a diesel.
I have the manual box which has a release catch after it is up. Bad location and a little tricky to get at at first but with frequent use, not so troublesome.
Great dealer support, priced 2 thousand less than nearest compitition, real value for dollar.
Fine little UTV we have nicknamed the "Beast"
