2011 KIOTI Mechron® 2200

Have two of these units they are plagued with problems, total brake failure , steering knuckle balljoint failing , steering tie rod bolts breaking, suspension noise and steering noise have had two recalls and now discover there is another recall due to cracks in the rops.

We acquired the Kioti Mechron 2200 at the beginning of 2010 (Australian Delivery). We uae it on a 320 acre property which can get pretty wet. The Kioti is just fantastic at traversing soft ground. I did manage to get it bogged once but only with half a ton of load in the tray and me being over confident.

Our ... Kioti has a hydraulic tip tray and this is very useful. I notice that tractor type hydraulic remotes are fitted which presumably means it could drive log splitters and the like as well as the tray.

The three cylinder diesel hasn't missed a beat and pulls really well. I often pull a trailer with a ton of logs as well as having half a ton in the tray.

All in all a very useful little machine which has become our preferred means of travel around the farm.
