bennche spire 800
By jon (I am an Owner) on Oct 24, 2014I had my bennche spire 800 for a view months and shortly before my break in tune up it started acting up. It had no power climbing hills and when i mean no power i mean like the machine would only go about 20 mph. I took it in to the shop and they said nothing was wrong and it hasn't had the problem ... since. This was only the start of the problems i had with my bennche side x side. I got my machine back and a couple months later i had some issues with the battery going dead. It came down to me having to charge the battery everyday. I took it back in to the shop and they said it was a fan switch problem. They called bennche and bennche sent them a new part. The shop replaced the part and checked the discharge of the battery. The battery was still discharging the same as before. The shop called bennche back and told them about it and they said they would check one of there models on there show room floor and see what there discharge was reading. It was reading the same as my machine and said that was normal. What a crock of s**t right. So the shop said they couldn't do anything and to bandage the problem they sold me a battery tender. I got the machine back and a couple months later i was riding it and it blew a head gasket. I took it back to the shop and they tour into it and told me along with the blown head gasket the rod bearing was laying in pieces at the bottom of the engine and the cost to fix it would be around $2,000.00 . To add to all the issues. I was also 5 months passed my warranty. So the moral to this sad story is don't ever buy anything from bennche. They are crappy machines.

A piece of Junk
By tina drennen (I am an Owner) on Aug 23, 2013We purchased a brand new 2012 Bennche Spire 800 on 07/13/2013, less than 4 days later with only 51 miles on the unit the motor blew up. The dealership had the vehicle for more than 30 days and finally yesterday advised the repairs had been made but that something in one of the CAMs needed fixed ... and the parts were on order. They said that we could pick up the vehicle and us it until the parts came in and even agreed to come pick it up when it the parts arrived. Additionally the manufacturer provided an additional 18 months warranty. I thought, great. But not so much. Today, only 24 hours and 3 more miles on the bike and it's overheating.

So far so good
By Cole (I am an Owner) on Nov 16, 2012Was a little weary about trading in my 2005 Brute Force 750 in a knock off but most at brands entered as knock offs. It has amazing torque compared to razrs. Great four wheel drive system. Rides smooth. But it was showroom floor model and the steroe hurt the baterry cause theyed let it run down the ... battery. So sometimes it wouldnt start right off the bat but it would. But triedto start it yesterday and the battery didnt seem messed up it just wouldnt start. Took it into warranty today. Will update later.
