    Im having a problem with it heating up real fast and making it almost impossible to ride with shorts because it burns your leg. got new fan and all up front and I was told that the muffler may be clogged. What can I do about that??

    We had ours do the same thing replaced the fan, temp. Sensor twice. Didn't solve the fan problem. We wire directly from battery and put toggle switch n so we can cut the fan on and off manually, so it seems to have solved the problem. If you hook it up to your battery directly and the fan comes on then simply do the following and save yourself a bunch of labor time/costs: Run a new ground wire sistered to the wiring harness so you don't have to pull all existing apart.
