2006 Arctic Cat 650 H1 4x4 Automatic SE

Im having a problem with it heating up real fast and making it almost impossible to ride with shorts because it burns your leg. got new fan and all up front and I was told that the muffler may be clogged. What can I do about that??

I have bought 3 batteries for my machine. I find the charge of monthly driving is insufficient to keep the battery alive. At times driving monthly turns out being a costly unnecessary experience. Also, any screw or bolt on the machine is under length for its purpose for keeping my at in maintained ... condition. What is a fix for the battery draw issue?

We had ours do the same thing replaced the fan, temp. Sensor twice. Didn't solve the fan problem. We wire directly from battery and put toggle switch n so we can cut the fan on and off manually, so it seems to have solved the problem. Artic cat says it has to do with wiring harness, y go thru all ... that, just use the toggle switch.

I own the same machine - and had the same issue. If you hook it up to your battery directly and the fan comes on then simply do the following and save yourself a bunch of labor time/costs: Run a new ground wire sistered to the wiring harness so you don't have to pull all existing apart. The fan ... will fire up when needed and you are good to go!

I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FAN NOT COMING ON FROM TIME TO TIME. NOW IT DOESNT COME ON AT ALL. I TOOK IT TO BASS PRO THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THE TEMPATURE SENSOR. SO THEY ORDERD THE PART IT CAME IN BUT IT SAT FOR A WEEK ,SO I GOT THE PART LOADED MY 4WHEELER BROUGHT IT HOME ,CHANGED THE SENSOR AND STILL ... DOESN;T WORK. THIS IS A REAL PAIN FOR ME TO BARROW A TRAILOR HAUL IT 60MILES ONE WAY. NOT TO HAVE THIS MATTER RESOLVED JUST TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. THE DEALER I BOUGHT IT FROM WENT BANK RUPT!
